Outlook and remove names from “ Global Address List “

目的：將離職人員的e-mail從公用通訊路中移除。

1. 在 Active Directory and Computers 將要移除的帳號打開，選擇 Exchange Advanced，勾選 "Hide from Exchange address lists"

2. rebuild 預設離線通訊路清單

3. 在 Outlook 下載通訊錄
