範例：新增 url link

[URL=http://url_to_my_site.com]display name[/URL]

可以插入 網路磁碟的路徑 [URL=X:\mypic.jpg]display name[/URL]，但是只有透過 IE 可以在 Mantis 開啟 X:\mypic.jpg。Chrome 和 Firefox 因為安全性理由把 local file link 關閉了。
